Who we are

This website is run by Health Husk India Private Limited (“HealthHusk”, “we”). We are responsible for the personal information you share with us here.

What we collect

When you request a call back, we collect:

• your name and phone or WhatsApp number
• what you are interested in, and your village, town or city if you give it
• the message you write to us
• the page of the website you sent the request from

Please don’t include detailed medical information in the form. We will ask for what we need when we speak to you.

Why we use it

We use your information only to reply to your request: to call you back, book a screening, check-up or consultation, or discuss a programme or partnership. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Your request is seen by the HealthHusk team who handle enquiries, and by the service providers that help us receive and store it. If you book care, the clinical team involved in your care will see the details they need.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to handle your request, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also raise a grievance with us.
